ZO Music Productions is based out of Richmond Hill. They are an independent record company specializing in audio services. They create music, sound and personalized music products for all events and occasions. They specialize in CD Greeting Cards, novelty gift items which can be personalized by the customer. These products are geared towards their target customers which include retailers and companies or organizations that hold fundraising events.
What was our strategy?
To improve usability of the site Joyvill redesigned the whole website using CSS/XHTML based design. To make the website easy to navigate we separated the site into different sections. By dividing the pages by company and product info, along with ordering instructions, the site is easier to browse. Joyvill also put large image banners to increase click-to-action conversion. In the previous website, the order form was hard to find, but we made it visible and noticeable, so customers can easily purchase their products. We also added easy-to-play buttons, so customers can listen to MP3 sample tracks on the cd, helping ZO Music Productions and their customers communicate better.
