TransCamp expected most of their customers to come from major search engines. They also wanted to specifically attract North American customers in need of their services. Unlike other translation companies, TransCamp focuses on Chinese, Japanese, Korean and English. Their concentration on these languages helps small businesses who wish to make their companies more accessible to customers in North America and abroad.

What was our strategy?

Joyvill built a friendly, easy to use and professional website for TransCamp. We also incorporated search engine optimization plans with the design and programming to help the website rank higher in search engines. Joyvill also built a dynamic instant quote function, for interested website visitors. We also developed an instant message notification function for TransCamp's sales associates.
